6. Shipping and Delivery

Buddivo currently offers shipping within the United States under the following shipping rate structure:

  • Orders of $69 or more qualify for free shipping.

  • Orders under $69 are subject to a flat shipping fee of $7.95.

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery is generally 5–10 business days after processing and shipment.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier operations, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

7. Returns and Refunds

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.

Items generally must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition. Certain used or washed textile products may not qualify for return, except where required by applicable law.

Customers should contact info@buddivo.us before sending any items back. Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method after the returned items have been received and inspected.

Customers may request order cancellation by contacting us as soon as possible. Orders that have not been processed for shipment may be eligible for cancellation.
