Order Cancellation Window
At Buddivo, we understand that customers may need to change or cancel an order after placing it. You may request cancellation before your order has been processed for shipment. To improve the chances of cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders That Have Not Shipped
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will review your request and confirm whether cancellation is possible.
Once a cancellation is approved, the order will be canceled, and any eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Orders That Have Already Shipped
Once an order has been shipped, it generally cannot be canceled. If you no longer wish to keep the item, you may request a return in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Order Changes
