  • Shipping Areas: We currently ship within the contiguous US to all 48 states.

  • Shipping Fees: We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $99 or more. Orders under $99 ship for a flat fee.

2. Processing and Shipping Timelines

  • Standard Shipping: Orders typically ship within 2-6 business days. Once in transit, packages take 3-10 business days to arrive.

  • Express Shipping: Orders ship within 1-2 business days, and delivery takes 3-4 business days once in transit.

  • Separate Shipments: Products may ship separately from different locations, meaning you may receive multiple packages at slightly different times. Tracking information will be provided for each item as it ships.

  • Same-Day Delivery: We do not offer same-day delivery for online orders.

3. Winter Shipping and Cold Weather Protection

  • Winter Operations: We continue to ship a wide selection of indoor and outdoor plants throughout the winter.

  • Cold Weather Packaging: To ensure plants arrive safely, orders headed to colder states may be subject to a $5 cold weather packaging fee, which includes a protective sleeve and heat pack.

  • Temperature Adjustments: If temperatures drop too low, we may hold your order until it is safe to ship; you will receive an email update if this occurs.

4. Order Changes and Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Order Changes: If you need to modify your order, please contact our team as soon as possible.

  • 30-Day Guarantee: We guarantee plants will arrive in happy, healthy condition.

  • Returns and Replacements: If your order arrives damaged or shows signs of cold damage, please email us photos right away within 30 days of receiving your order. We will coordinate a replacement or refund for you.
